One of owner Heather Lockington's passions is gastronomy, so Cotton Tree's kitchens are truly state-of-the-art. Each cottage is fitted with full sized Kitchen Aid appliances, granite counter tops high-end cutlery and cooking utensils, a French press coffee maker, a selection of gourmet teas, coffees, and bottled water.
Cottages are pre-stocked with regular and decaffeinated coffee, bottled water, tea, milk, sugar, orange juice and assorted cereals. These items are replenished daily as required. A personal chef can whip up gourmet meals or authentic Caribbean meals accompanied by wines selected by a sommelier.

- Chef Liz, a renowned Caribbean Gourmet Cook, is Cotton Tree's Personal Chef. Chef Liz has been providing personal chef services for international and local clients alike for over 15 years. Her culinary training was obtained in Jamaica where she was inspired to create and prepare diverse organic Caribbean fare. Her passion for food illustrates a fusion of authentic spices representing the unique flavors of the islands in each dish prepared. Chef Liz's services can be arranged anytime during your stay should you wish to have breakfast in bed, a relaxing poolside lunch, a romantic dinner seaside or even an interactive cooking demonstration in your cottage.
