Announcing A New Private Dining Experience at Cotton Tree
The perfect way to celebrate a special occasion! Cotton Tree is pleased to announce the launch of our new Private Dining Experience. Available for parties of two to six people, groups can book a private cottage for a single-night use from 5pm-11pm and enjoy an exclusive private dining experience unlike any other on the island. Reservations include the use of the pool, hot tub, and full grounds in addition to the cottage where the meal will be prepared by Cotton Tree's Executive Chef Jason. 
The Private Dining Experience includes complimentary hors d'ouevres and one glass of champagne per guest served before dinner service. Guests will have their choice from three four-course menus which will be decided upon before arrival. Dinner can be served either in the cottage or the area in front of the cottage.
Chef Jason joined Cotton Tree with over 11 years of experience in award-winning restaurants such as Chris Blackwell's GoldenEye Resort in Jamaica. There, he was also very popular amongst visiting celebrities who enjoyed his private dining. Chef Jason specializes in Caribbean cuisine which he masters with his own fresh twists. Cost per person for the Private Dining Experience at Cotton Tree is CI$175 plus a 15% gratuity.* Maximum party size is six adults. Rate includes preparation of food, ingredients, water, bread and coffee (served after the dinner service).

Our cottages are 1600 square feet and can sleep up to four persons; each cottage comes with the following:
- Assorted cereals, milk, tea, coffee, orange juice and bottled water. Orange Juice, milk and bottled water are complimentary the first night of your stay. If you need more of these items or any other grocery items during your stay, we will be happy to obtain them for you at cost plus a delivery fee. Cereals, tea, sugar regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee will be replenished as needed.
- Wi-Fi (free), along with a printer in each cottage
- Free local calls
- Cable TV, iPod doc, DVD player, CD player all with surround sound, also the use of Apple TV. Movies can be rented at cost which is usually $2.99 to $4.99 depending on the movie.
- Fresh flowers, welcome bottle of wine and beach flip flops.
- Snorkeling gear and beach chairs (if you would like to go on a nearby beach)
Wines, beers and spirits are available for purchase. Wines and spirits are available in your cottage and beers can be obtained from the office.
Menus for lunch, breakfast and dinner can be found in the "Guest Directory" together with a price list for food items that you may require.
We can also arrange for the fridge in your cottage to be pre-stocked with any particular items you may need before your arrival if required (10 days prior to guests' arrival we usually send out an email attaching a shopping list along with other information on restaurants, etc). These additional items would be charged at cost plus a delivery fee.
We have some fine restaurants in the area - one within a 5 minute stroll from Cotton Tree (Pappagallo). Room service is available from Pappagallo restaurant if required.
If you require a chef for a night (s), we do have premier options that you can choose from below, these options are subject to availability
- In-House Personal Chef: US$200-$250.00 (depending upon Personal Chef requested) for the first 3 hours and US$65.00 dollars per hour thereafter to prepare lunch or dinner in your cottage for up to 4 persons.
- Caymanian Cook-out: US$600.00 for 3 hours for a Caymanian cook-out using our Caboose. Our In-House Chef can prepare a Caymanian cook-out which usually consists of a Fish Fry with side dishes or a Caribbean BBQ. This option is for a full property takeover for large families such as family reunions etc. Minimum is 8 persons and maximum is 16 persons.
Prices for Chef Services do not include the cost of menus (found in the dining-in section), menus are priced separately.
