Our cottages are 1600 square feet. Our rates include the following:
Wines, beers and spirits are available for purchase. Wines and spirits are available in your cottage and beers can be obtained from the office.
*Gives couples or a single person the use of the entire cottage (except the second bedroom and second bathroom which will remain locked and unoccupied) and all its amenities.
Please note the following:
- Assorted cereals, milk, tea, coffee, orange juice and bottled water. Orange Juice, milk and bottled water are complimentary the first night of your stay. If you need more of these items or any other grocery items during your stay, we will be happy to obtain them for you at cost plus a delivery fee. Cereals, tea, sugar regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee will be replenished as needed.
- Wi-Fi (free), along with a printer in each cottage
- Cable TV, iPod doc, DVD player, CD player all with surround sound, also the use of Apple TV Movies can be rented at cost which is usually $2.99 to $4.99 depending on the movie
- Free Local calls
- Fresh flowers, welcome bottle of wine and beach flip flops
- Snorkeling gear and beach chairs (if you would like to go on a nearby beach)

Please note the following:
- TAKEOVERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON (DECEMBER 15TH - JANUARY 2ND).
- There is a three-night minimum stay required at Cotton Tree for overseas guests in the low and high seasons and 5 nights minimum stay in the Christmas season. The minimum stay required for residents is two nights. Property takeover is available for a maximum of 3 nights.
- The Single/Couple's rate is restricted to a certain number of cottages and therefore subject to availability.
- All prices are exclusive of 10% government tax which applies to all rates.
- Check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm (check-out can be extended free of charge up to 2pm depending on availability. There is a 200.00 dollar charge after 2pm and the nightly rate will apply after 4pm)
- No events may be held on property without prior approval
- No pets allowed
- All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed around the pool and spa area and under the sea grape trees. You may smoke on the veranda of your cottage or down on the beach
- At Cotton Tree we pride ourselves on offering our guests a peaceful and relaxing stay. Please help us to achieve this by avoiding loud music and partying in the grounds of Cotton Tree
- No overnight un-registered guests are allowed
- If you intend to invite unregistered guests into Cotton Tree during your stay e.g. for a barbeque or dinner prepared by our in-house chef, please make front desk aware of this.
- If you intend to have a barbeque or eat a prepared meal outside, please do so in the grounds in front of your cottage or on your veranda rather than in a public area e.g. by the pool, so as to minimize the disturbance to other guests. The pool area may be for your barbeque/dinner if no other guests are staying on property. Please check with front desk to see if we have other guests
- No more than 4 visiting un-registered guests are allowed on the property.
