Our air conditioned gym is equipped with state-of-the-art LifeFitness cardio equipment including elliptical machines, treadmills, multi gym station and free weights. We can arrange personal training, and towels and refreshing water are provided in the gym for your convenience.

ENERGY is a unique 2000 sq foot fitness studio located at Cricket Square in the heart of George Town, Grand Cayman. Their fully equipped Pilates apparatus room is the only one of its kind in the Cayman Islands with a full line of STOTT PILATES equipment (Reformers, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels) and the studio also has a beautiful hardwood floor class space and private training area with a variety of strength training equipment. ENERGY offers supervised fitness programming for all levels and abilities in addition to therapeutic exercise for posture and alignment. Their menu of services includes private, partner and small group training, group Pilates, cardio, conditioning or flexibility classes as well as group reformer classes, all led by a team of highly qualified instructors.
