Cotton Tree consists of just four two-bedroom, beachfront cottages -ensuring privacy and intimacy - which measure 1,600 square feet and resemble fully equipped houses. Highlights of the "Caribbean chic" décor include classic contemporary furnishings, French doors overlooking the sea, black-and-white photos of old Cayman, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, and in the baths, full-sized Elemis products, a spa or rainforest shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are also three 42" plasma TVs, an iPod docking station, Wii, free WiFi, laser printer and laptop available for guest use.

Premier Options.
(as an addition to accommodation cost and subject to availability)
- US$290.00 per day (up to 4 persons) per cottage for an In-House Chef to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and Hors d' oeuvres/snacks. Please see dining section for sample menus.
- US$160.00 per cottage (up to four persons) for an In-House Chef to have ONE meal prepared in your cottage (lunch or dinner). Please see dining section for sample menus.
- US$300.00 for a Caymanian Cook-out using our Caboose. Caymanian cook-out will usually be a fish fry with side dishes or a Caribbean bar-b-que.
- US$60.00 for our chef to prepare breakfast ONLY in your cottage. Please see dining section for sample menus.

Property Takeover Rates
Low season: (May 1st – October 31st 2012)
- US$2,500.00 per night
High season: (November 1st - December 14th 2012)
- US$3,700.00 per night.
TAKEOVERS ARE NOT AVAILIABLE DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON (DECEMBER 15TH – JANUARY 2ND and MARCH 1ST - APRIL 30TH). There is a three-night minimum stay required at Cotton Tree for overseas guests. The minimum stay required for residents is two nights. Property takeover is available for a maximum of 3 nights.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for Off season (May 1st- October 31st) and a minimum stay of 5 nights is required for Peak season (November 1st -December 14th and January 3rd - April 30th). A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for Christmas season (December 15th -January 2nd).

All prices are exclusive of 10% government tax which applies to all rates other than resident rates.
All cottages are pre-stocked with regular and decaffeinated coffee, bottled water, tea, milk, sugar, orange juice and assorted cereals. These items are replenished daily as required.
Cotton Tree is closed in September every year. No pets allowed.
